The highly regarded chef at Louis² has trained under some of the biggest names and at famous restaurants, including: Lasserre restaurant (2 Michelin stars) under the direction of Jean-Louis Nomicos; Hélène Darroze (1 Michelin star); Relais de Sèvres (1 Michelin star) under Philippe Pentecôte; and at the Terrail family’s Escargot Montorgueil.
